For nearly 30 years, I worked in institutional finance — helping organizations make long-term decisions with billions of dollars at stake. Every decision required clarity, discipline, and alignment.
Over time, I noticed something deeper: many leaders were succeeding externally while feeling misaligned internally. Eventually, I felt it myself. Success was clear. Calling was not.
Today I serve as Executive Director of Strategy, Finance, and Technology at Grace Polaris Church, and I founded Deep Rooted Believers to equip marketplace leaders to live and lead with alignment and purpose.
