Deep Rooted Believers is the home for my coaching, writing, and teaching work. It exists to help Christian leaders integrate their work and their faith — so that what they do Monday through Friday is shaped by who they are becoming in Christ, not walled off from it.
The platform brings together one-on-one coaching, written reflections, frameworks, and resources drawn from nearly thirty years of leading at the intersection of finance and faith. The aim is not another productivity system; it is to help leaders grow roots deep enough to bear weight when the seasons get hard.

The project exists because most believers stepped into the AI era without a framework for using it faithfully. FaithPrompt.ai offers a practitioner's working toolkit: prompts that slow you down rather than speed you up, that return you to Scripture and the Spirit rather than replace them, and that treat AI as a servant to discipleship rather than a substitute for it.

The Alignment Gap Assessment is a short, structured diagnostic that helps a leader name — in concrete terms — the distance between their current season and what God appears to be calling them to next. It draws on the same alignment work I do inside coaching engagements, distilled into a tool you can use on your own in under fifteen minutes.
The output is not a score or a personality type. It is a clear picture of where the misalignment lives — in identity, calling, capacity, relationships, or stewardship — and a starting point for the conversations and decisions that close the gap.
